ABOUT THE DESIGN
A solo skull wearing a crown with anemone flowers crossing underneath. This design represents protection and beginning a journey to self-healing. Often, even during our youth, we struggle with feeling happy and sad at the same time. It’s okay to feel just okay. Feeling through it and not holding on to every feeling takes time. The circle with the dot in it located below the right eye, is an evil eye for protection. The arrows within the bottom of the skull, refer to the highs and lows we experience. The anemone flowers represent protection against evil and ill wishes, anticipation and new beginnings. The crown represents being the “king” or “queen” of the story you write. The semi-colon located near the top right of the skull, means to continue. Some of the small minimal drawings within the skull are in reference to Jean-Michel Basquiat.
